Spage Sport offers a pickup option for orders that do not require shipping and delivery. To ensure a smooth and efficient pickup process, here is our policy:

  1. Order Checkout: During the checkout process, choose "Pick up" and place your order.

  2. Pickup Notification: Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email letting you know that it is ready for pickup. Please reply with your requested day(s) and time(s) to pickup your order and we'll confirm a scheduled date.

  3. Identification: Please bring one piece of government-issued photo ID when you arrive at our shop. The name on the ID must match the name on the order. If you've notified us that someone will be picking up your order on your behalf, please remind them to bring one piece of government-issued photo ID.

  4. Cancellation or Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule or cancel your pickup, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we may not be able to make very last-minute changes to orders that are already in preparation according to their original order instructions.

  5. Late Pickups: If you are running late for your pickup, please contact us as soon as possible. Your pickup time may be rescheduled if necessary.

  6. Once you receive this email, please reply with your requested date for pickup. Our support team will contact you to confirm the pickup date.
