Carbon fiber parts are generally more expensive than parts made from other materials. Although the manufacturing process for each project involves high cost materials, there are many advantages with the investment. 

Compared to materials like steel, carbon fiber products are lighter while remaining incredibly durable. Because weight reduction is critical in motorsport, carbon fiber is commonly used to build splitters, wings, and many structural applications for the car. At Spage Sport, using premium quality materials is the standard - this ensures that our parts are lightweight, strong, and effective in giving you that extra aero you need to go faster.

HOW DOES THE DESIGN OF A PART CONTRIBUTE TO AERODYNAMIC PERFORMANCE?

We start each project with a customized design process. Because design directly affects the performance and efficiency of a product, understanding how to shape a part so air able to flow around the vehicle smoothly is crucial. Well-designed parts can help your vehicle achieve higher speeds, generate significant amounts of downforce, improve stability and cornering, and increasing overall performance. With careful planning, testing, and thorough data analysis, a final design can then be approved.

ARE YOUR PARTS CUSTOMIZABLE TO FIT SPECIFIC MOTORSPORT VEHICLES OR ARE THEY PRODUCED AS STANDARDIZED COMPONENTS?

Many of our parts are universal products that are compatible with most vehicles. For example, our front splitter endplates and can be mounted to your choice of splitter through your own custom mounting bracket. Our hood vents are another popular universal product that can be installed on a wide variety of cars. Alternatively, we've also designed unique rear wing kits for the Toyota Supra, Toyota GR86, and BMW M2.

WHAT MAINTENANCE IS REQUIRED TO KEEP YOUR PARTS IN GOOD CONDITION?  

We recommend applying a high-quality wax or sealant on our clear-coated parts to maintain a properly sealed finish. This will help protect the carbon fiber from damaging factors such as UV rays and lessen the chance of degrading over time.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE MY ORDER?

Great things take time to build. Completion times vary from order to order and is dependent on the details of your order (e.g. multi-piece order). You can rest assured as we consistently aim to produce top-quality products in a timely manner. Products will be made in the order that they are received.

DO YOU HAVE A REFUND AND RETURN POLICY?

We understand that ordering premium quality products is an important decision, and we appreciate your trust in Spage Sport. Because each part is made-to-order, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

HOW DO I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER?

Your order confirmation will be sent to the email provided during checkout. This email will include all your order details.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM PROJECTS?

Yes, we do! We are now accepting project proposals to start later this year. Please send an email to sales@spagesport.com with details about your project if you’d like to chat more about your ideas.

ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS IN STOCK?

Each part available on our online shop is made-to-order. Once your order has been placed and confirmed on our end, your order will be placed in queue. Each part and order differs in lead times, especially if it is a multi-piece project. At Spage Sport, each order is completed to the finest detail and quality checked before sending it your way.

SHIPPING

HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?

All shipping costs are determined by the shipping companies. Shipping costs vary, depending on the ordered items and where the order will be delivered to.

The shipping cost will not be included in your order’s checkout. You will be emailed an invoice with your shipping cost separately. This amount must be paid in full before your order can be shipped.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

More accurate delivery times will be determined by the shipping company. An email will be sent with your tracking number so you can check your order’s delivery status. You will be updated through email if there are any major delays with delivery. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email with your order’s tracking number. This tracking number will show all delivery updates.

DO YOU HAVE A PICKUP OPTION?

Yes, we offer a pick up option at our shop. Please wait for an email notifying you that your order is ready for pick up before visiting us. You will be responsible for arranging any transportation and necessary plans for the pick up.

Once you are notified, please reply with your requested day(s) and time(s) to pick up your order.

Spage Sport Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All required fees during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

WILL I BE REFUNDED IF I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Due to the nature of our business and the materials used, we do not offer any refunds. For more information, please refer to our refund and return policy.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING WHEN I CHECKOUT?

Nope! You will be invoiced the shipping fee once your order has completed production. This amount must be fully paid before we can ship out your order.

WHAT CURRENCY IS THE SITE IN?

Prices on our site are in USD. Please refer to your bank statements for any currency details.

WHEN WILL I NEED TO PAY MY REMAINING BALANCE?

For custom projects, a deposit of 50% the total cost is required when the order is placed. Any remaining balance will be paid after the order is completed, prior to being shipped.

NOTE: All orders placed online will be paid in full at the time of checkout.
